Shaken Baby Syndrome
Hunter Shaken Baby Syndrome (SBS), also known as Shaken Baby Impact Syndrome, is the medical term used to describe the violent shaking and associated injuries sustained from shaking. Those injuries can include: brain swelling and damage, subdural hemmorhage, detached retinas and retinal bleeding, mental retardation and even death.

Our Mission

Shaken Baby Syndrome became a shocking reality in our family when our child fell victim to it. We never want anyone else to experience this tragedy so we created this web site to open the public's eye that this does happen to the family next door. Shaken Baby Syndrome is real! Education and Awareness are the keys to Prevention and this site is intended to communicate that message.
